1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between py999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the py999 website and gaming services available at py999.bet. These Terms apply to all products and services offered through py999, including but not limited to cricket sports betting, live casino games, slot games, jackpot bingo, Captain Fisher fishing games, and any future products or features added to the platform.

These Terms are effective from January 1, 2026 and supersede all prior versions. py999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the py999 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to real-money gaming and betting services on py999 is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This age restriction is non-negotiable and applies uniformly to all product categories on the platform, including cricket betting, live casino tables, slot games, jackpot bingo, and Captain Fisher. py999 enforces this requirement through mandatory CNIC-based identity verification as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Any attempt to register using false or borrowed identity documents constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To register a py999 account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while using the platform.
• Be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable local law.
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your CNIC number, your date of birth, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address.
• Not already hold an existing active or suspended py999 account. Only one account per person is permitted.
• Not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a current employee or contractor of py999 or any of its affiliated entities or technology providers.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.

2.3 KYC Verification

py999 is required under its international gaming licence to verify the identity of all account holders before processing withdrawal requests or activating bonus funds. KYC verification requires submission of a clear copy of your Pakistani CNIC (both sides), proof of the payment method used for your first deposit (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing your registered mobile number), and, in some cases, a selfie photograph holding your CNIC. py999 may request additional documentation at any time where deemed necessary for fraud prevention or regulatory compliance. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of account registration will result in account restriction.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your py999 account login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP (one-time password) codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. py999 will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or telephone. Any activity carried out under your py999 account credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you.

3.2 Account Accuracy

You are obligated to ensure that all personal information held on your py999 account remains accurate and up to date at all times. Changes to your registered mobile number, email address, or bank account details must be reported to py999 support immediately. py999 reserves the right to freeze your account pending re-verification if we detect a material change in the account details or if there is a mismatch between the account registration details and the documents submitted for KYC.

3.3 One Account Per User

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active py999 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using a third party's identity — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected belonging to the same individual, py999 reserves the right to close all accounts, confiscate all balances across those accounts, and permanently ban the individual from the platform. Any bonuses or winnings obtained through duplicate accounts will be voided in full.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

py999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Pakistani users: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. py999 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your py999 account.
• All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.
• py999 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank, mobile wallet provider, or card issuer may apply their own transaction charges, for which py999 bears no responsibility.
• Funds deposited into your py999 account may only be used for gaming and betting on the py999 platform. py999 accounts are not to be used as general-purpose financial accounts or for the movement of funds unrelated to gaming activity.
• py999 reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from a payment method registered in your name.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed in the cashier section of your py999 account.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the same individual as the py999 account holder. py999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request is approved. Accounts with pending KYC documentation will have withdrawal requests held until verification is resolved.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank) are typically processed within 1–3 business days, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• py999 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by our fraud detection systems. Such checks may extend processing times. py999 will notify the account holder via their registered email or mobile number if additional verification is required.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balances and bonus funds that have completed all wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 General Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets available on py999 are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface or market page. In the event of any conflict between a specific game rule and these general Terms, the specific game rule shall take precedence for that game only. py999 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of technical malfunction, data feed error, or exploitation of a software bug.

5.2 Cricket Betting Rules

• All cricket bets are settled in accordance with the official results declared by the relevant governing body (PCB for PSL, ICC for international fixtures).
• In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced, or rescheduled, bets will be settled in accordance with py999's cricket betting rules as published in the sportsbook section of the platform.
• In-play bets are accepted at py999's discretion. py999 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice.
• py999 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any individual bet or combination bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to limiting stakes for accounts identified as professional or sharp bettors.
• Bets placed after an event has concluded — whether due to data feed delays or any other reason — will be voided.

5.3 Casino & Slot Games

All casino and slot games on py999 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each slot title are available within the individual game information panel. py999 does not guarantee any particular outcome, and historical results have no bearing on future results in any RNG-based game.

5.4 Live Casino

Live casino games are streamed from certified studios operated by licensed third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. The rules of each live casino game are governed by the studio provider's rules as displayed within the live game interface. py999 acts as the account and wallet platform for live casino activity but is not the operator of the live casino studios themselves.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

py999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing account holders. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. The following general bonus rules apply to all py999 promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:

• Bonuses are available to verified py999 account holders only. Bonus eligibility is assessed at the time of the qualifying deposit or action.
• Each eligible account holder may claim each bonus offer once only, unless the specific offer terms state otherwise.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the py999 platform. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended, all balances frozen pending investigation, and may be subject to permanent ban and legal action where applicable:

• Registering, accessing, or using a py999 account while under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Operating more than one py999 account, or registering an account using another person's identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with casino games, or manipulate any aspect of the py999 platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or RNG vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of corrupt activity in relation to events on which bets are placed via py999.
• Using py999 accounts to launder money, process proceeds of crime, or conduct any other financial activity unrelated to legitimate gaming and betting.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker-style formats to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in aggressive, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour towards py999 staff or other platform users via any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent py999's responsible gaming tools, including self-exclusion restrictions or deposit limits, by creating new accounts or using alternative identities.

8. Responsible Gaming

py999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm among its users. The following responsible gaming provisions are in effect on the py999 platform at all times:

• The minimum age for all real-money gaming activity on py999 is strictly 21 years. This is enforced through mandatory CNIC-based KYC verification.
• All account holders have access to deposit limit tools (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods (24 hours to 6 weeks), and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are available within the account settings section of the py999 platform.
• Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed by contacting customer support during the self-exclusion period. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed under any circumstances.
• py999 reserves the right to apply responsible gaming restrictions to any account where there are signs of problem gambling behaviour, including unusually frequent deposits, rapid loss of significant funds, or distressed communications with support staff.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the py999 platform — including but not limited to the py999 brand name and logo, website design and layout, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, audio, and video — is the intellectual property of py999 or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the py999 platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, transmitted, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of py999.

The py999 name, logo, and all associated brand marks are trademarks of py999. Unauthorised use of py999's trademarks — including in domain names, social media handles, or marketing materials — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, py999 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the py999 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gaming or betting activity conducted on the platform in accordance with these Terms.
• Temporary or permanent platform unavailability due to technical maintenance, server outages, or force majeure events.
• Errors in odds, game results, or payout calculations that are corrected by py999 in accordance with these Terms.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Pakistani banks.

In all cases where py999 is found liable, the maximum aggregate liability of py999 to any single User shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

11. Termination & Account Closure

11.1 Termination by py999

py999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, regulatory compliance requirements, or the cessation of py999's operations in any particular jurisdiction. In cases of termination for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms), any remaining real-money balance may be forfeited at py999's discretion.

11.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your py999 account at any time by contacting py999 customer support. Before closing your account, you must withdraw any remaining real-money balance. py999 will process voluntary account closure requests within 5 business days of receipt. Accounts subject to ongoing withdrawal requests, pending KYC verification, or active responsible gaming restrictions may not be immediately closeable.

12. Amendments to These Terms

py999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, py999 will post a notice on the platform and update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page. For significant changes that materially affect your rights as a User, py999 will endeavour to provide advance notice via your registered email address. Your continued use of the py999 platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, your sole remedy is to cease using the platform and close your account.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which py999 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through py999's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies specified under py999's licensing jurisdiction.

py999's internal complaints procedure requires that all disputes be submitted in writing to py999 customer support in the first instance. py999 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 14 business days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal procedure, Users may escalate the matter to py999's licensing authority in accordance with that authority's dispute resolution process.
